St. Leonard's Youth Work Update

Coming up this week... Half Term is coming up!!! So here's what's happening for the next two weeks... Cell Groups Cell groups are all on this week as usual - we will then be having 2 weeks with no Cell groups (half term week and the week after your leaders are being trained!) So Cells will be back on the weeks beginning 13th June when we will be starting our series looking at mission! Friday Pathfinders This Friday Younger Pathfinders is doing some cake decorating!!! As well as a few food related games so don't eat too much dinner before you come! Older Pathfinders will either be playing Wide games or Frisbee (depending on the weather) This is a cake I made of my house!!! Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Sunday Pathfinders is not on for the next two weeks as we are having All Age Worship services in Church. It will be back on 12th June. CYFA are on coffee duty this Sunday! The youth band will also be playing (I think) so it should be a good service....

Coming up this week... Sorry for the lack of blog recently you now have me (Beth) writing the blog again as Aidan is in South Africa for the next 6 weeks!! Here's what's happening at the moment! Aidan picture from Table top Mountain! Cell Groups Cell groups are all on this week and next week as usual some of the cells will be delivering Christian Aid envelopes this week. Friday Pathfinders This Friday Younger Pathfinders is having a quiz so brush up on your general knowledge before you come! Older Pathfinders are going to be baking so be prepared for food poisoning!! Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Sunday Pathfinders this week is going to be led by Lisa and Myself continuing to look at Hebrews. CYFA won't be on again until 5th June.

Coming up this week... Here's what we will be doing this week... Cell Groups Cell Groups are on this week and will be planning for the Cell Celebration this Sunday, which starts at 6PM! The Cell Groups that would normally be held on a Monday will not be this week due to it being a bank holiday. Friday Pathfinders At Younger Pathfinders we will be having a movie night, so bring along some of your favourite films and we will have a vote to decide what to watch! Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Sunday Pathfinders is on and is being led by Olly and Jennifer. We will continue looking at the book of Hebrews.

Coming up this week... Here's what we will be doing this week... Cell Groups Cell groups are on this week and we will be planning for the Cell Celebration which is coming up on the 8th of May! Friday Pathfinders At Younger Pathfinders we will be having a Cafe Night! You will need to bring along money for the snacks. At Older Pathfinders we will be deciding what people want to do for the term, and we will be playing some classic games. Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Sunday Pathfinders is on this week and we will be looking at the book of Hebrews. CYFA is on and we will be looking at the topic of homosexuality. Soul Survivor Soul Survivor is only 4 months away, and we still have plenty of spaces for anyone who wants to join us! The booking deadline for cheaper prices is on the 3rd of May, so if you're interested please hand in your consent forms and the £70 deposit beforehand. What we are doing... We hope everyone has had a great Easter holiday! Here's what we will be doing this week... Cell Groups Cell will be back on this week. Most groups will be having a social. We also have a Cell Celebration coming up on 8th May so put the date in your diaries. Friday Pathfinders Younger Pathfinders will be back on this week with some classic Pathfinders games to start off the new term.  Older Pathfinders will not be on because there is an event happening at St Aldate's Church in Oxford from 19:30 - 21:30 for anyone in school years 9-13. It's basically a big meeting with Young people from all over Oxfordshire coming together to worship God. They will be asking for a suggested donation of £1 - which includes a pot of G&Ds ice cream! If you've never been to G&Ds you should really go!!! Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Neither Sunday Pathfinders or CYFA will be on this Sunday as someone from Adventure+ will be coming to prea...

Coming up this week... There won't be many groups over the next couple of weeks as it Easter!!!! Here's what will be happening... Cell Groups Cell Groups are on this week, with the exception of the year 10 Cell due to it falling on Good Friday. There will be no Cell Groups during the Easter Holidays. Friday Pathfinders Friday Pathfinders will not be on this week, because it will be Good Friday. Pathfinders will also not be on during the Easter Holidays but will be starting back on 22nd April. Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Sunday Pathfinders and CYFA won't be on during the holidays but will start up again on the 10th of April.

Coming up this week... We hope everyone enjoyed the Youth Weekend Away! Here's what we will be doing this week... Cell Groups Cell Groups will not be on this week due to the Weekend Away. Friday Pathfinders This week at Younger Pathfinders, we will be doing some Easter related activities! While at Older, we will be doing Murder Mystery! From the dancing session at Younger Pathfinder the other week Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Sunday Pathfinders won't be on this week because it is an All Age Worship service.
