Here's what we will be doing this week...








Cell Groups

Cell groups are on this week and we will be planning for the Cell Celebration which is coming up on the 8th of May!

Friday Pathfinders

At Younger Pathfinders we will be having a Cafe Night! You will need to bring along money for the snacks.
At Older Pathfinders we will be deciding what people want to do for the term, and we will be playing some classic games.

Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA

Sunday Pathfinders is on this week and we will be looking at the book of Hebrews.
CYFA is on and we will be looking at the topic of homosexuality.

Soul Survivor

Soul Survivor is only 4 months away, and we still have plenty of spaces for anyone who wants to join us! The booking deadline for cheaper prices is on the 3rd of May, so if you're interested please hand in your consent forms and the £70 deposit beforehand. If you do not have a consent form, please speak to your Cell Leader or Beth.

Coming up next week...  After a bit of a false start last week with the bank holiday, we are now back with a bang. There is a fair amount happening in the next few days, but mostly notice that even though there is a bank holiday... that isn't stopping us this time!!!  Cell Groups Our cell celebration is coming up on the 19th of May, so most (but not all!!)  cells will be preparing for that. Coming up next week...  You might notice something different about the blog this week, it may be less funny but there will be fewer spelling and grammatical errors as it has been written by somebody who knows how to write. That's right people........Dobbo has arrived! (Don't all cheer at once) Cell Groups  Cell groups are returning this week after a refreshing half term. Years 7, 8, 9, 10,11 and 13 will be doing a session on drugs and alcohol. Year 12 will be doing a brief recap on their alcohol session and then focussing on drugs.   Friday Pathfinders (younger) This week (2nd June) there is no pathfinders due to half term. BOOOOOOOOOO! Next week (9th June) it is obstacle course night. Be prepared to jump, spin and run round our unique obstacle course. And we are back!!!!

Wow, what a summer! Soul Survivor was, as it always is, amazing this year. If you were at St. Leonard's on the 7th September you will have heard all about it, but for those of you who weren't: We took 30 young people and 4 leaders with us this year and were joined by a group from Leicester. So all told we had group of 45. Which looked pretty good when we were all in fancy dress. But more than that, it was amazing to see how much God moved people along in their faith, simply because they set aside some time to focus on Him. What was also amazing was that a pretty incredible new brother of mine gave his life to God that week; it is has been brilliant to see what God has been doing in him since.
