Coming up this week...
It's nearly the end of term! Here's what's happening this week...


Cell Groups
There are no cell groups this week but on Thursday we are having our joint Cell Social from 7:00 - 9:00 - We will be having a BBQ and water fight.


Friday Pathfinders
No Friday Pathfinders this week - we will be starting back in September.


Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA
This is the last week of term for both Sunday Pathfinders and CYFA - Sunday Pathfinders is going to be led by Jonathan and Simon carrying on with Hebrews. 

 CYFA is going to be having breakfast! Meeting at Church as usual and then going to the Page's. Bring some breakfast food to share! We are also going to be having our CYFA film evening on 17th - watching Amazing Grace.

Soul Survivor
We are still in need of a driver (or two) to get us to Soul Survivor we need someone who can drive a 17 seater minibus (you need to have a D1 on your licence - if you are over 35 you probably have one!) we are going on 19th August and coming back on 24th - if you can only do one journey that's fine!


Holiday Club
On 18th July from 7:00 - 9:00pm Have a fun evening with others making cave-themed decorations for installations to inspire children coming to the cave Quest holiday club.

The Holiday club team  will provide pizza and treats, materials and ideas – but we’d value your creative energy and skills to transform Gazebos into cavernous caves, silver paper into forests of stalactites and stalagmites, troglodytes and rocky outcrops, slimy wall effects and deep pools, batty plastic bats, rats and other cave-dwelling creatures, glow worms – perhaps even a cave painting or two!

Coming up next week...  After a bit of a false start last week with the bank holiday, we are now back with a bang. There is a fair amount happening in the next few days, but mostly notice that even though there is a bank holiday... that isn't stopping us this time!!!  Cell Groups Our cell celebration is coming up on the 19th of May, so most (but not all!!)  cells will be preparing for that. 2nd - 9th June

Coming up next week...  You might notice something different about the blog this week, it may be less funny but there will be fewer spelling and grammatical errors as it has been written by somebody who knows how to write. That's right people........Dobbo has arrived! (Don't all cheer at once) Cell Groups  Cell groups are returning this week after a refreshing half term. Years 7, 8, 9, 10,11 and 13 will be doing a session on drugs and alcohol. Year 12 will be doing a brief recap on their alcohol session and then focussing on drugs.   Friday Pathfinders (younger) This week (2nd June) there is no pathfinders due to half term. BOOOOOOOOOO! Next week (9th June) it is obstacle course night. Be prepared to jump, spin and run round our unique obstacle course. Coming up this week...  This is the first blog of 2017! Just before the first proper week of our youth work in 2017. Happy New Year!! I hope everyone had a brilliant Christmas!  Cell Groups  Cell  groups start back next Monday (9th Jan) with most cells having a social, but cell groups in year 12+ looking at 'spiritual disciplines'. Thank you to everyone who helped out with setting up (and washing up!!) for the cell  social  and to everyone came along.
